Blatteis Realty is a full-service brokerage company specializing in office and retail leasing. Founded in San Francisco in 1922, the company covers the complete range of commercial real estate services: leasing, investment transactions, tenant and landlord representation, consulting, property management, and more.
A true family business, David Blatteis and his brother Jonathan inherited Blatteis Realty from their father, Samuel Blatteis. With David’s son Jeremy as a partner, the company is now in its third generation in the family. David, who serves as Chairman, brings over 25 years of expertise in retail leasing and advisory services. He considers it a great privilege to “guide our clients through perhaps the most important investment in their lives — one that will provide for their livelihood by purchasing or leasing a store — and managing that asset.” Blatteis Realty has maintained a strong reputation as a trusted real estate partner to top property owners, tenants, buyers, brokers, charities, and government organizations. Apple, The Cheesecake Factory, First Republic Bank, Tiffany & Co, Walgreens, and Versace are among their many notable clients.
Blatteis is a longtime Board Member of Hebrew Free Loan and serves on the agency’s Business Loan Committee, where he provides guidance and mentorship to budding entrepreneurs. So it was a natural fit to become a charter member of the Business Circle. “The Business Circle is great vehicle to help even more people find a home for their enterprises,” Blatteis says. “By supporting this initiative of Hebrew Free Loan, I’m thrilled to also be supporting the growth of our local business community.”
The Hebrew Free Loan Business Circle is a strategic partnership of local businesses with a shared commitment to Hebrew Free Loan’s mission of helping people become and remain self-sufficient. The Business Circle helps Jewish entrepreneurs launch and grow their businesses, and offers networking, mentorship and professional development opportunities. Interested in joining?
