A true family business, David Blatteis and his brother Jonathan inherited Blatteis Realty from their father, Samuel Blatteis. With David’s son Jeremy as a partner, the company is now in its third generation in the family. David, who serves as Chairman, brings over 25 years of expertise in retail leasing and advisory services. He considers it a great privilege to “guide our clients through perhaps the most important investment in their lives — one that will provide for their livelihood by purchasing or leasing a store — and managing that asset.” Blatteis Realty has maintained a strong reputation as a trusted real estate partner to top property owners, tenants, buyers, brokers, charities, and government organizations. Blatteis is a longtime Board Member of Hebrew Free Loan and serves on the agency’s Business Loan Committee, where he provides guidance and mentorship to budding entrepreneurs.
