Loan Servicing Officer
In her role as Loan Servicing Officer, Ginny is grateful for the opportunity to serve free loan clients by helping them to get back on track and pay off their loans, thereby meeting their obligation and allowing the funds to be recycled to assist others.
Ginny’s passion for making a difference through interest-free lending began in 2009. She was the Founder and Executive Director of Milwaukee Jewish Free Loan Association (MJFLA) for 15 years. Under Ginny’s leadership, MJFLA loaned over $2 million and positively impacted thousands of individuals and families, while maintaining a 99.6% repayment rate. Ginny also served on the executive committee of the International Association of Jewish Free Loans for 10 years. She retired from MJFLA at the end of 2023, leaving Southeastern Wisconsin with a strong free loan agency and a $1 million loan fund that will continue to grow and support those in need.
Prior to establishing the free loan agency in Milwaukee, Ginny was a commercial architect for 20 years, initially in Cleveland and then as a partner in a Los Angeles firm. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Bowling Green State University.
Ginny and her husband, Jeff, have two daughters, Megan and Sara, and live in West Los Angeles with their two dogs, Sunny and Knightley. In her spare time, she enjoys building sets at the Morgan-Wixson Theatre in Santa Monica, riding her bike, hiking, and painting.
